Providing your request is in-line with the terms and conditions of your lease agreement -please fill in the attached form and either email it to Mark Lawler (m.lawler@salamancare.com.au) or fax it to Salamanca Realty (6224 4629).

Wendy will arrange a tradesperson to carry out the required repairs and contact you to arrange a convenient time for any works to be carried out.
